The dress code on resort is "resort casual"; which combines comfort and style offering a chance for a relaxed yet refined look. Think lightweight fabrics (cotton, linen and jersey), loose fits, chic footwear and tropical inspired colours and prints. Have fun with breezy put-together outfits while embracing a carefree vacation vibe.

NOTE: All restaurants (evening dining) will require: slacks, collared shirt, closed toed shoes for the men; dresses/skirts/slacks/blouses/dressy sandals for the ladies.

Dress Code

This year's annual conference is being held at the exclusive (adults only) Ocean Eden Bay - a new five-star resort located in beautiful Trelawny, Coral Spring, Jamaica.

Once you touch down in Montego Bay you will take a private shuttle to the resort (shuttle information to follow in your travel packages post-registration).

Upon arrival at the resort you will be greeted by the Axiom events team and provided with your room key. Take some time to settle in before meeting us for the welcome reception to kick off our four day celebration. Reconnect with friends, colleagues and industry partners from across the country while you enjoy a nibble and a cocktail (or two) in paradise.

Rest up and be ready for your half day conference where we will discuss business and personal development - the foundation(s) for success! After the learning, join in for an itinerary packed with fun: pool-side party, team excursion and a farewell under the stars. We have also left plenty of time in the agenda to soak up the Vitamin D (so don't forget to pack your reef-safe sunscreen)!

There's a lot more flight flexibility this year, including direct flights to/from Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa. If you have specific travel needs/requests the new travel agent we are working with this year will be in touch to discuss your options.

Axiom Conference 2024 - Jamaica

The Ocean Eden Bay Resort is a new five-star resort boasting modern amenities and beautifully designed rooms - including an ocean view for all Axiom guests! This expansive resort caters to both adults only (Ocean Eden Bay) and families (Ocean Coral Spring). Ocean Eden Bay features spacious rooms, large swimming pool and wide range of dining options, including an exclusive dinner-show restaurant with themed performances and the Senses Dinner Show. In addition, it has the Despacio Spa Centre, Privilege/Exclusive Rooms and Services (option) and a complete entertainment program. 

NOTE: The Axiom Conference will be held at the Ocean Eden Bay with all guests having access to the Ocean Coral Spring amenities.

Adults Only Area - Ocean Eden Bay:
